Linda Gilbert has served as the Town Clerk/Tax Collector of the Town of Caroga, Fulton County, since 1998 and was the part time Deputy Town Clerk for three years prior to that. She was the founder and first President of the Fulton County Municipal Clerks Assoc., which includes 10 towns, 2 cities, and 4 villages. The Town's population is just over 1073, but triples when families return to their summer homes around the Town's seven lakes. Linda began serving the NYSTCA as a district director in 2002, moving to secretary in 2005. Linda's credo is to enjoy every moment of life. She relishes working around the house, time with her family and friends, working out, and even a not-quite-up-to-par golf
game.
